Kihon Solo Pad Drill for Headbutt, Knees, and Elbows

Being clinched up in a self-defense situation is problematic, as it impedes escape and makes it more likely for the enemy to use a weapon in close range and/or for accomplices to attack while you are tied up in a clinch. This video demonstrates a simple solo pad drill for training headbutt, knee strikes, and elbow strikes as means for escaping the clinch.
